Mark Zucker

Executive Vice President and Chief Underwriting Officer

Before joining RVI, Mark served for seven years as Managing Director, Global Structured Finance at MBIA Insurance Corporation. He was responsible for six business groups: CDOs, Commercial Securitization, Consumer Asset Finance, Financial Institutions, Operating Assets and Whole Company Securitizations, and Real Estate and Secondary Markets, providing financial guaranty insurance for a wide variety of assets. Prior to this, he was Chief Credit Officer, Investment Banking, at Rabobank International in London. Mark also spent 12 years with Deutsche Bank in the US, Frankfurt, and London. Mark received his M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Connecticut and a B.A. in Business Administration / Economics from State University of New York, Plattsburgh.
