The RVI Used Vehicle Price Index (UVPI) for the United States was 1.075 in August compared to 1.062 in July and 1.085 in August 2018. This is an increase of 1.2% month over month but a decrease of 1.0% year over year. In Canada, the UVPI was 1.010, up 1.5% from July, and up 4.2% year over year.
